WinGate 2.1 First-time install Guide

This guide is for people installing WinGate 2.1 for the first time on their network. It is recommended that you read the entire guide before installing WinGate or configuring your network. A network protocol TCP/IP to be installed on each machine on your network. This is a simple process.
