In Gatekeeper

Ensure there is a SOCKS Proxy.

ICQ:

Connection Tab:

Select "Permanent Internet Connection (LAN)"

Select "Behind a Firewall or Proxy"

Click "Firewall Settings"

Select "SOCKS5 Proxy Server"

Uncheck "Firewall Sessions time out after.."

Click "Next"

Enter Socks5 host ‘wingate’ and SOCKS5 port 1080
