This is a time client for Windows. It's freeware! Set a UDP Mapping proxy on port 37. Set default remote host to whichever time host you want also on port 37. For server, add a new server and either type in the IP address of the WinGate machine or whatever you called it in the hosts file. Then, choose UDP as the protocol.
