Adding a DNS Server

You can use the WinGate DNS Server, or a mapped link on port 53 for DNS.

To add a DNS Service:

1. Open the services branch on the Configuration pane.

2. Right click on any service and select ‘NEW Service - DNS Service’.

3. Type a name and Description, or accept the defaults.

4. Select ‘Accept connections on port’, and type in the port number. This is usually 53.

5. Click OK, and you are done!
