From the WinGate GateKeeper:

1. Click Options on the menu bar
2. In the drop down, click Plug-ins
3. Click PureSight
   
   
4. Click the User Configuration tab
   By default, PureSight will be enabled for all users currently in the WinGate user database (or the Windows NT user database if WinGate is configured to use it)
   
5. To remove a user or group from PureSight (so that user or group's browsing is not filtered) single click the user (or group) in the Enable plugin for: window and click Remove.
6. To set a user or group so their requests are filtered, single click the user (or group) icon in the Available: window and click Add
7. Click OKto close the PureSight interface and save the configurations
